htFIF and dFIF

Hard Thresholding Fast Iterative Filtering (htFIF) Direct Fast Iterative Filtering (dFIF) for the decompostion of nonstationary signals

It works only for periodical extension at the boundaries, but is made fast thanks to the FFT.
