Is there any output difference between both of them? Which format is advisable to use when we wish to find correlation between 2 matrices?

Both are same and result into same answer.
A = randn(60,1);
B = randn(60,1);
R1 = corrcoef(A,B)
R2 = corrcoef([A B])
