"Unrecognized function or variable 'getdatavar'

I m trying to run this line. [ model.VarX,model.VarY,model.VarT ] = getdatavar( model.Y',model.VarLag );

There is an error msg stating that "Unrecognized function or variable 'getdatavar'."

I don't know of any Matlab function called 'getdatavar()'. Matlab doesn't know of one either. Is getdatavar() a user-defined function? Do you know what it's supposed to be? If it actually exists, is the case correct? Maybe getDataVar()?

Thank you for your help. I tried GetDataVar, getDataVar, still got the same msg. The original code is as follows:

[ model.VarX,model.VarY,model.VarT ] = getdatavar( model.Y',model.VarLag );

model.Y = model.VarY';

If it is a user-defined function, what is a MATLAB function I should use to do the same task as above?
