plant leaf disease detection using KNN and SVM in matlab

I am new in matlab. I am doing my project plant leaf disease detection uning KNN and SVM. I got problem in segmentation using KNN. plz tell me how to segment with 3 different cluster and check disease and accuracy using SVM
