"Filesystem error" sounds like the file system is damaged. This is not a problem of Matlab. Check the disk by CHKDSK and control the SMART parameters e.g. by CrystalDiskInfo.
Did it work before? If this message occurs after the installation, uninstall Matlab, clean up the disk and install it again.
