This code can not import an Exel file

Your code is trying to load an xls file, but your file is 'xlsx'.
[IndRefr,IndRefr_names]=xlsread('Index_of_Refraction_library2.xls');
Update the extension to 'xlsx' and your code runs fine.

Error in TransferMatrix (line 36)
n(index,:) = LoadRefrIndex(layers{index},lambda);???
