Integration of a data set using a specified equation

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to identify the average bearing stress around the pinhole of a Lug model which can be determined through the equation attached below. I have the complete data set extracted from abaqus for the stresses from the required plane (angle vs the stress). Now what I don't understand is how to use the equation with the data sets to get the average stress using matlab. Would appreciate any help!
