Hi! I have 6 binary files and I would like to merge them into one to generate a single image of the variable that is inside these files. Can someone help me?

All depends upon just what the individual files contain and how the end result is to relate to the pieces...what does "image" mean here, precisely? Has it to do with an actual image or just a euphenism for the output file?
ADDENDUM:
Having just noticed the imagesc in the Tags that overlooked before, then it's clear these must be images of some sort...but having no idea of what nor what the "variable that is inside of these files" means, either, it's going to be tough, methinks, for anybody to provide any kind of an answer.
At least show what one or two of these might be; better would be to attach them...
