Matlab restarts Windows under normal load

Running Matlab R2020a with Casadi Library on Intel Xeon E-5-2620 v4 dual processor, 208 GB of Ram and 1 TB SSD, although it passes from heavy load such as 99% of RAM and 100% of SSD (the CPU never exceeds 15% - SSD has more than 800 GB of empty space) Windows restarts at 60-70% of Ram and 10% of SSD. I know I am dealing with a huge data but it does not make sense that after it can deal with heavy load, Windows restarts at "more" normal load.
