Connected Triangular waves with different slopes and Dwell time

Hi,

I am having trouble designing a signal in Simulink to represent the data below to test my system, I know how to create the signal indvidually using the repeating signals block but have been unable to create the whole connected wave. If someone has an idea , how I should go about this it would be much appreciated, Thank you !
