Hello
I am trying to reconstruct (Virtual membrane) a 3D microstructure of the highly porous membrane consists of pores, fibers and binder using a stochastic method. after finding the orientation distribution of fibers using some image processing softwares like ImageJ, we need to have a MATLAB code to generate cylindrical fibers( not hollow) at different angle according to orientation distribution. Please let me know how to do it or help me to have this code if it's possible to you all. In advence, I'd like to appreciate all your efforts.
Also different steps of this procedure is attached here.
Best regards,
