Standalone application installer with runtime can't be executed

Hi,
Using the Application Compiler toolbox, I created a standalone application installer with runtime files included. When I try to launch it on any computer, a Windows message appears saying something like "Impossible execute this app on your PC. To search a version for your PC, contact software's distributor". I have no other clues on the possible error, except that the installer created without runtime works just fine and the first time I started the building procedure MATLAB said that it couldn't find some files and downloaded them from internet, which I found strange since I remember that some time ago I did a build without downloading extra files. Do you have any suggests to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.

What is the exact text of the message that appears when you try to run your application? The exact text may provide crucial details to help determine the cause of the problem.
What release of MATLAB are you using to create the standalone application?
Are you trying to create the application on a 64-bit version of Windows but trying to run it on a 32-bit version of Windows or vice versa?

The text is "Impossible execute this app on your PC. To search a version for your PC, contact software's distributor" but in Italian since my Windows' language is Italian and the only option is a "Close" button.
I'm using R2018b on Windows 10 64-bit. I haven't seen any option to specify 64 or 32-bit but maybe he downloaded wrong files from Internet.
