Are PackNGo Win64 files OK to compile in Linux

My team is converting Simscape to Simulink to run on linux machines using PackNGo. We notcied that the PackNGo includes Win 64 files. Are these OK to compile on Linux? Are there Linux compatible files that we should be including instead? R2018b
