How can I resolve the "incorrect size of expression 'xpoff': expected [:?x1] but found [1x0]." error for designing MPC using the MPC toolbox in Simulink?

When I connect Tdot to mo and connect mv to T, I can get MPC results.

However, when I connect P to mo and connect mv to Tset or connect m to mo and connect mv to m, I get the "incorrect size of expression 'xpoff': expected [:?x1] but found [1x0]." error

Any ideas?
