Plotting start and end time on a time vector with 1 min interval

Hi ,

My data set includes start time (dd/mm/yy minutes) and end time (dd/mm/yy minutes) for year. When the signal is ON, a fixed reduction of either 30% or 60% is achieved untill end time other wise the 0% reduction. I have attached my data sheet for refference. If someone can help me regarding my problem i will be grateful.

3) "I have attached my data sheet for refference" - Quite confusing excel if you ask me. Why dont you clean it out and post only the relevant data.
