Updating a varriable in Simulink for making a loop

Hi !
I have made a Simulink Model. I have used "If Block" and " If Action Block". I want after calculating in my subsystem, the inputs u and v to get updated.
The model works correctly but I do not know how to make a loop after calculating new inputs . actually I do not know how to update initial inputs and change them to new quantities which were calculated by if blocks.
