Installation of R2018b MDCS fails because licensed INTERNET host id is not found even though the actual ip address matches that specified in the license file

Attempting to install MDCS on Win10 PC. LIcense file is configured for an INTERNET host ID (i.e. IP address) but when provided it does not recognize the (correct) IP address of the PC.
