Recently I want to use the matlab mobile on my iphone. But it says I need to have to licensed certain toolboxes to use some code. I already had a full license software on my computer version. Is the matlab mobile had to be licensed independently?

No it needs the same licence just login with the same mathwork account. Mine works with the same account.
Read the below link for using it:

MATLAB Mobile can be used in two different ways. One of the ways is to connect to an existing MATLAB session that you are running on your computer. When used this way, you have access to any toolbox that you have licensed there.
The other option is to use MATLAB Mobile to access MATLAB Online, provided that your license permits that and your Software Maintenance Service contract is up to date. My memory from some postings is that MATLAB Online does not support some of the toolboxes. This does not appear to have to do with your own license, just that the service does not have them. In such a case you would probably get an error message about needing to license. If I have understood correctly, then those toolboxes simply cannot be used with MATLAB Online.
Also I am able to access some toolboxes in (Matlab mobile) which I don't have in Matlab (Pc) just checked by typing ver in both. I use Matlab 2017a in Pc but my Matlab mobile is 2018a with additional toolboxes.
For instance , I don't have Text Analytics Toolbox in Pc but I have it in mobile.
Ah, so then Yes, the license you get for MATLAB Online is not the same as for your own system.
