How to get FLUX mapping of 3D tube?

I have a geometry file, where each row represents a measurement at a particular (x, y,z) coordinate. I also have a heat flux data file where the 1st column contains all the x values, the 2nd has all the y values, 3rd column has the z value and the 4th contains all the heat flux data. I want to map the heat flux data (2d) on the 3d geometry. Kindly help me.
