How can I, for example, plot the probability distribution object below?
pd = makedist('Normal','mu',75,'sigma',10);

Use the pdf function:
pd = makedist('Normal','mu',75,'sigma',10);
x = 25:125;
y = pdf(pd, x);
figure
plot(x,y)
grid
