How to change parameters for matching a 8 pole pairs controller.

I want to drive my PMSM based the model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Field-Oriented Control in Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors EXAMPLES, but the pole pairs of my motor is 8, which is not match the model. How to change parameters for matching a 8 pole pairs controller.
