Tranducer to DAQ to Image in computer

Hi, I'm looking at generating a b-image from my transducer. MY transducer will be connected to a DAQ and the DAQ will be connected to the Computer. I'm trying to figure out from can Matlab be programmed to convert the DAQ analog to a b-image using Matlab. Thanks in advance.
