The installation of MATLAB and SIMULINK Arduino support packages fails when installed in network path on Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.4 or greater.
In order to workaround the issue, change the MATLAB and SIMULINK Arduino support package installation location to a local path, as shown below
  1. Launch MATLAB with administrative privileges
  2. Type the following in the MATLAB command window :matlabshared.supportpkg.setSupportPackageRoot($SPKGLOCATION)
Note : $SPKGLOCATION is the path to local folder in Mac OS, example :/usr/local/matlab/

Hello there. Finally, I have found a simple solution to this issue. Just you need to download the attached file, and then you must unzip the file. After that, you will find two folders; which are: bin and bugreport.
First step: open the bin folder, and copy the file that appears in it then paste it in your MATLAB folder in your C drive inside the bin folder.
The second step is that copy bugreport folder as is and paste it inside Matlab folder.
