I want download and I apply Simbiology model

I want to download this model https://www.mathworks.com/products/demos/simbiology/pbpk-model/whole-body-pbpk.html and run to for my data. Do I need to have Simboilogy to do so?

Yes, you need SimBiology. This model was created to demonstrate the functionality of SimBiology for PBPK. If you don't have a license, perhaps you could request a trial license for evaluation purposes.

I don't have either installed on my computer. Can I get a trial license for both?
