Write a function ang( v1,v2 ) that takes two vectors of the same length and returns the angle between them in radians.
Here the arrows over letters denote vectors and letter without arrows, the magnitude (length) of the vectors. Your function needs to check that both v1 and v2 are vectors and have the same number of elements. If not, produce an error message with the built-in error function. Also note that v1 and v2 can be row or column vectors.

This sounds very much like a homework question which we obviously can't give a direct answer for. Have you tried any code so far that you can upload so we can help further? Here are some links that might be useful.
