I am facing a problem of MATLAB crashing everytime I use CAN Receive block of VNT tool box. Error logs mention problem with "svntcanreceive.mex". Can anyone help me to fix the issue?

I need to connect the MATLAB to vehicle to Receive and transmit signals over CAN. I used VNT available in MATLAB. but when I use CAN receive block and try simulating, MATLAB crashes. Error log shows issue in "svntcanreceive.mex" file.
Also using the CAN transmit block gives an error of "Unable to query hardware information for the selected CAN channel object. Reference to non-existent field 'SilentMode'."
CAN anyone help me with these issues??
