Do you really want to print the screen or only a figure? Do you want to print it on paper or in a file? For the later case, in which image format?

function printscreen_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
% hObject handle to printscreen (see GCBO)
% eventdata reserved - to be defined in a future version of MATLAB
% handles structure with handles and user data (see GUIDATA)
screencapture
Link for screencapture function is screencapture
