Filters and delays causing large execution times in Simulink Coder when programing TI C2000

Hi,

I am developing an application to drive C28335 eZdsp through Simulink. The application runs fine, except, a filter and signal dilay is causing large execution times. The problem is the same realy, since in both subsystems I use the Delay block with large delays.

The filter is supposed to be a realy low cut off frequency low pass filter. My signal is supposed to be constant but it has glitches due to measurment issues and EMI. So I use running average with a large amount of data that is averaged.
