Files not dispalyed in MATLAB R2025b Files Layout

Installed MATLAB R2025b with admin priviliges in Windows Server PC.

Files not displayed in Home screen Files Layout.

Configuration and Justification JSON file selection window is also not opening in Model Advisor Check page.

Not sure whether its PC related issue or MATLAB issue.

Hi @Pavan Reddy,

This looks like an issue with the MATLAB installation or an issue with the user level permissions.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1) Try updating to latest release/update of MATLAB

2) This issue may occur due to an issue with the permissions granted to the non-admin account. Creating a new local user account that is considered an admin account may resolve this issue.

3) try logging out and logging in

Thanks for your reply!

Issue is with older Windows Server OS version,

MATLAB R2025b needs Windows Server OS version 2022 and above.

Installed latest OS and issue resolved.
