The files it's complaining about are:

string_matrix.dll

libmwstartupplugin.dll

libmwstartupplugin_initalizer.dll

This error comes when installing using the installer_input.txt file.

Do exactly what it says in the FAQ: https://matlab.fandom.com/wiki/FAQ#During_installation,_the_installer_crashes,_hangs,_gives_an_error_message,_does_not_authenticate_your_license,_or_otherwise_does_finish_installing_correctly.
