Greetings everyone!
I am excited to share my passion for teaching mathematics through technology and my interest in becoming a MATLAB Student Ambassador. As a graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in mathematics and applied mathematics at Hellenic Open University, with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Aegean, my focus lies in ordinary and partial differential equations.
Throughout my academic journey, I have been deeply passionate about integrating technology into education and training. I envision organizing educational workshops both at my university and within the Greek mathematical society, aiming to promote the effective use of technology in teaching mathematics.
My current research revolves around "Mathematical Models for the Dynamics of DNA and Proteins," and I have been utilizing the student version of MATLAB extensively. The insights I've gained have been invaluable, and I plan to leverage MATLAB in drawing valuable conclusions for my thesis.
Looking ahead, I am excited to announce my plans for a Ph.D. in the didactics of partial differential equations through educational software. This aligns perfectly with my ambition to contribute significantly to the field of mathematics education.
I am eager to seize the opportunity to become the first student representative in Greece for MathWorks. By taking on this role, I aim to bridge the gap between innovative technology and mathematical education. However, I am unsure about the application process and where to direct my application.
If any of you have insights on how I can apply for the position of a MATLAB Student Ambassador or if you could provide guidance on how to connect with MathWorks, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, I am keen to connect with fellow math enthusiasts and MATLAB users in Greece. Let's collaborate, share experiences, and explore the exciting possibilities that lie at the intersection of mathematics, technology, and education.
Thank you for your time and support. Let's embark on this journey together!
Warm regards,
