The page is showing login successfull, but it's not showing my channels option in the channels page

i can succesfully login to my thingspeak account, but when i access the channels page, i cannot see the my channels option.

Can you try logging in on a different device or system? If that is successful, I recommend you sign out (on the original system or device) and clear all cookies associated with MathWorks and ThingSpeak. Also you can try logging in via incognito mode or on a different browser.

Hello, i have the same issue. I can only click in thingspeak on channel and see public channels. Thats all. Nothing for select create a new channel or my channel.... I check it with webbrowser firefox, google crome and edge. Also on different computers, but its on all the same. Maybe somebody can help, but not today ;-) Thanks

You may have to review you cookie resrictions. MathWorks login does require some for login. Did this effect start recently? Can you estimate when you were last able to log in successfully?

@Torsten, in the image you show, it seems that the login was not successful since I do not see a logged in avatar or initials on the right.

This has not changed anything. I still cannot login to the site

I have changed browsers (Chrome to MS Edge), used incognito, cleared all the history and cookies, chnaged password, updated browser (chrome), disabled all extensions.

But the result is the same. Only a show of "signed in successfully" but no account creation.

I took notice of this since about 14 hours ago when I attemped my first login to thingspeak.com

@Christopher Stapels I check your link and see the profile from me. So normally i have a account in MATLAB. I do the login in ThingSpeak -> Login was succesful, then i open the link from MATLAB and login was done without questions for username and password

A fix has been submitted and deployed. If you continue to have this issue, sign out and back in and clear the ThingSpeak and MathWorks related cookies or try signing in via an incognito browser.
