How to use the solutions from the previous study as initial conditions in a new simulation in Simulink?

I'm working on a cosimulation, to couple an electrical machine model (FEM) with electrical circuit (using simscape electrical) in Simulink.

Simulations take too much time, I would like to know if it is possible to run from Simulink to a simulation time as initial state and then save and use the results as initial conditions in a new transient simulation.

That is, save the latest results as the operating point and use the operating point as the initial state or initial conditions for other simulations.
