I want to find distance of an object in various of images

Hi I want to measure the distance of an object while having two different positions in two different images. How may I do that ?

In here I just want to measure the distance of led light which is moving between two images. Any help would be really helpful!

From the doc:

worldPoints = triangulate(matchedPoints1,matchedPoints2,stereoParams) returns the 3-D locations of matching pairs of undistorted image points from two stereo images.

Well, tell me explain sir;

I do want to find the distances but instead of finding distances I tried to find the location of my desired point which is white led light, and I did find it. And when it comes to answer your question; both have the same problem which is detecting the white led light
