why a message about license is show every time i run MATLAB"??

every time i run it show "Your license will expire in 6 days.
Please contact your system administrator or
MathWorks to renew this license."

The message appears every time you start MATLAB because if it only appeared every second or third time you started MATLAB then you might be left with the mistaken impression that the license had been renewed already.

Mathworks offers two kinds of licenses: permanent and term. Term licenses help organizations budget costs over the expected lifetime of the software.
Also, there are some organizations where it is difficult or even impossible to buy a permanent licence, as permanent licenses are considered "capital" expenses, whereas term licences are considered "operations". It is common for grants to refuse to cover "capital" costs because the funders of the grants are afraid that "capital" items will be used for other purposes after the grants are over.
