Not able to access all the self-paced courses

My company has bought for me a MATLAB license, therefore the MATLAB license is under my name. I decided to refresh and enhance my current knowledge in MATALAB, so I decided to attend the self-paced courses. I was able to attend and obtain the first certificate for 'MATLAB Onramp', but when I tried to register for the next course 'MATLAB Fundamentals' it shows me 'You do not currently have access to this course.' and it gives me the option to either link a license or 'purchase'.

Since I have a MATLAB license, I linked the license to my MathWorks Account (received the message 'Success'), but still I can't accces the course 'MATLAB Fundamentals' or the other two courses (MATLAB for Data Processing and Visualization and MATLAB Programming Techniques). I also tried renewing the page, but without any succes.

Does anyone know why this keeps happening or how to fix it?

The only self-paced courses that are available to everyone are the onramps. All other courses require a separate license for Online Training Suite. The website should walk you through the process of accessing specific courses.

You might also consider having your company contact a MathWorks sales rep about gaining access to the full catalog.

There appears to be an outage at the moment with an important component. Once fixed, you will be able to access the onramp courses for free.

I try to enter the self paced courses, I've entered with my email but it keeps asking for email when I want to start/resume the course...why is this?

There is a temporary issue with the server that is impacting user experience. It is currently being investigated and should be fixed soon.

I am trying to do the onramp course as well and everytime i click on "Take course", the page just refreshes and nothing happens. Do you know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I would suggest the typical browser troubleshooting steps

• Try to access the oourse in a different browser
• Clear you browser cache and cookies
• Sign out of your MathWorks Account and then sign back in
• Try to access the course on a different computer
