PATHの設定に際し​てpathdef.m​のアクセス権限につい​て

psychtoolboxにpathを通そうと試みたのですが、画像の真ん中(パス設定)のエラーが出たため、パスを通すことができません。pathdef.mが入っているディレクトリは右(localのプロパティ)です。見ての通り読み取り専用を解除してます。また、ユーザーは管理者ユーザーでログインしております。
なにか原因がわかる方いらっしゃいますでしょうか？(ちなみにpathdef.mにも読み取り専用はかかっておりません)
