Dear Mathworks team,

We have a campus-wide MatLab license, and we are using the same serial number for all the versions. MATLAB 2020b is worked for some days, and after that, it is not working. The error message image is attached here. Would you please help me to resolve this issue?

The administrator of the license server needs to update the license manager software. There is nothing you can do on your side except notify them -- or use an older version of MATLAB yourself.
