error due to multiple causes simulink error eveluating 'OpenFcn' callback matlan

I got this error, then I uninstalled Matlab and again installed it. But I have same error:
  • error due to multiple causes simulink error eveluating 'OpenFcn' callback matlab *
how can I fixed it ?
