I need to split a 256 x 256 matrix into 4 x 4 sub matrix blocks. There will be a total of 4096 blocks. can anyone please help me with this pleaseeeee.

i have tried googling it by I couldnt find a proper solution to this. I need to split my images into 4 x 4 blocks. please help me here,
