Supported Browsers
Web apps are compatible with commonly used browsers such as Google Chrome®, Safari, Firefox®, Microsoft Edge®.
For browsers that update automatically, the current stable version is supported.
Web apps are also supported on the Safari browser on iPad devices, and the Chrome® browser on Chrome books.
Platform Incompatibilities
MATLAB® Web App Server™ cannot be installed on Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® 6.
Linux systems require the
systemdsoftware suite.Web apps running on the development version of MATLAB Web App Server are supported on both macOS (Intel® processor) and macOS (Apple silicon). However, for the MATLAB Web App Server product, only macOS (Intel processor) is supported. Windows® and Linux are supported across both versions.
