Responsibilities

You will represent MathWorks as a technical leader through your project management and customer engagement expertise, both within our organization and in client interactions.

  • Lead customer engagements with proven customer-centric approaches, emphasizing the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Develop requirements, lead, organize, and drive customers’ objectives to completion.

Tools, Processes & Methods

  • Delve into model-based design reference workflows, with focus on System and SW architecture, Function Design, Code Generation, Verification & Validation.
  • Utilize advanced tools like System Composer, Embedded Coder and, Simulink Test.
  • Embrace and implement CI/DevOps practices for enhancing software quality and efficiency.
  • Apply your expertise in relevant certification processes and industry standards such as DO-178C, ISO26262, ISO21434, or IEC 61508, IEC 62304, critical for ensuring compliance and quality in safety-critical environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to travel up to 30% in DACH/BNLX regions.
  • Industry experience in model-based design, software development, control systems, model-based design workflow implementation, or system validation & certification.
  • Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
