I've been checking you code. It's a very useful tool. Currently I'm using Kinect 2 instead and I get the depth in mm unit only. I wonder if perhaps you could point out which functions in your code should be altered in order to use mm instead of disparity.

The toolbox takes several images of a planar checkerboard pattern and calibrates the depth sensor of a Kinect device along with a color camera (can be the internal Kinect color camera). There is a paper in the website with a full description of the calibration algorithm.
