The Triac block is made up of two thyristor blocks connect in parallel opposite direction.
The Triac block is made up of two thyristor blocks connect in parallel opposite direction.
The Triac block also contains a series Rs-Cs snubber circuit connects in parallel to the Triac device.
In on-state the Triac model has an internal resistance (Ron) and inductance (Lon).
For most applications the internal inductance should be set to zero.
In off-state the Triac as an infinite impedance.
