A set of optimization tools designed so that they can be applied to a wide range of continous and discrete problems and combined if needed. The main emphasis is code redability rather than performance. The tools available so far are:
-Genetic algorithms with or without islands
-Simulatead annealing
-Particle swarm
Developed ETSEIAT / UPC.
