calculating adjacent coefficient of an image

pls, help me in calculating and to plot vertical, horizontal and diagonal adjacent coefficient of an image. any steps are there to calculate?

What is "adjacent coefficient" ? You were asked that in your previous question as well.
The closest I can find is *correlation* coefficients between adjacent pixels.
