How can I model a rectangular moving platform with 4 contact points and 2 translational DOF one in x and one in y direction

Hello,
I want to model a moving platform in Simmechanics 2nd generation in MATLAB 2014a. It has 4 contact points whereof each 2 of them can move in in x and y direction. The directions are angular (21.45 and 20.08). The translations in each direction are limited.
As a result of the 2 DOF point M has to tilt laterally and longitudinally. That is the goal. I tried it first with 2 prismatic joints in global y and x direction. The problem is there is no tilting of the coordinate system after setting it where M is supposed to be.
The tilting is essential, because there will be another mechanisa where M is with 3 more DOF. The whole system has to have 5 DOF in the end.
I can`t upload the simulink file somehow... Help is very needed and appreaciated. Thank you
