Can you tell us more about what's not working? Is there a particular step where things fail or an error message with more information?

Hello,
I have the same problem! When I start Creo 3.0 then I get two Error messages (see pictures below).

In order to work, both MATLAB and Creo/Pro-E have to be installed using the same system type (either x32 or x64)

On my computer is both (MatLab and Creo) installed that can not be the cause. The installation of the addin I have done according to the official instructions on the MathWorks website. On my computer is also SolidWorks installed with SolidWorks the addin works without problems!
