What could be the two parameters that can represent the fingerprint image?

Hi everyone! I have a situation wherein I have to plot the fingerprint image on a plane but I don't know what two particular values I am going to use. My main motif in plotting the fingerprint image is to cluster it after. Does somebody knows what could be that two values I could use in plotting the image? Thanks a lot for your response, if ever!
