Application compiler compiled exe not working correct.

I have compiled an application which is not running correct.

What I mean by "running incorrectly" is, it at least shows the GUI interface and does not actually interact with user when user triggers UI callback by using combo box or pressing a button.

One suspicious thing is, when I look into "for_redistribution_files_only" folder, I see all the dependency files are there but all flattened (all the files are in the same root level and no folder structures.)

Someone please help me to figure out.

It's hard to say without seeing it in action. What release of MATLAB and what operating system are you using? (If you're using Windows, run PSR to take a screenshot sequence and attach it here.) Get to PSR by typing in in from the Start button.

Have you gone through the suggestions in the FAQ already?
